Chocolate nests

With Easter is just around the corner and seeing so many Easter cakes and eggs in supermarkets i thought i'd make some "chocolate nests" They're quick and easy to make on a rainy afternoon.

Ingredients:
Milk chocolate
wholegrain bran flakes (you can use cornflakes or rice pops as well)
mini eggs

1. break your chocolate in a medium/large bowl then put in the microwave for around 1 minute but take it out and stir every 20 seconds. I used 200 grams of chocolate and it took 1 minute 20 seconds to melt completely.
2. add 3 big hand fulls of bran flakes to your mixture and stir. You may find it needs a few more; the chocolate can cover more than you think.
3. Fill cake cases with the mixture
4. Put mini eggs on. I put 3 in the middle of each but you can use more or less but i found 3 sat on the top of the nests quite nicely.
5. Put in the fridge for an hour
6. eat them!
